A large central room built around a circular bar...
all made from wood, with tables to cater for large groups, couples and families. Sit around the large fireplace with an aperitive and nibble on our home made amouse-bouche before dinner.

In the kitchen the head chef invents new and fresh recipies with local and organic produce, prepared and presented with the help of our team of young workers

We offer fresh, simple recipies each day using only the freshest products available.
Our salads are made with home grown lettuce, creamy cheese and cold meats from local farms. The casseroles are made with organic chicken, lamb, pork, served with fresh vegetables, potato gratin , pasta or rice and flavoured with home grown rosemary, thyme and corriander.

Our mouth watering desserts sell themselves: Le Green Apple tart, moist chocolate cake, apricot clafoutis...take your pick.

Our menu changes every day. This is a restaurant that keeps in time with what's in season.

We have a selection of organic wines ,along with bottles from the best wine regions. Choose a bottle of wine, a spirit or cocktail from our grand display along the bar.
